Terms for Smosbar customers
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Smosbar and every distance agreement concluded between Smosbar and a consumer.
2. Orders and delivery
By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the purchase of the selected items. Delivery times are indicative and depend on traffic, weather conditions and kitchen capacity.
3. Payment
You can pay with the available online payment methods, or in cash on pickup or delivery, depending on the payment methods the branch accepts.
4. Cancellation and complaints
Because our food is perishable, a confirmed order can only be cancelled as long as the kitchen has not started on it. If there is a problem with your order, please contact the branch preparing it straight away.
